REPAIR THE SAME NUMBER OF VEHICLES BUT INCREASE YOUR BOTTOM

That's what Estimate Auditing Can Do!

Imagine this scenario: in 2026, you repair fewer cars than you did in 2025—yet your revenue is higher.

Many shops are busy chasing the next shiny object, focused on driving more cars through the door. Thousands get poured into marketing agencies and Google ads to increase volume. That approach can work—but only if you’re already maximizing the value of every ticket that comes through your shop.

  •  When was the last time you had an objective set of eyes review your tickets to see if you’re truly maximizing line items—realistically and ethically?
  •  I often see shop owners who are confident they have strong estimators and hesitate to “rock the boat” by having tickets reviewed.
  •  The truth is, we don’t know what we don’t know—and that’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Fresh perspective doesn’t replace good people; it helps great teams get even better.

A real life example

Sometimes it doesn't take a BIG change to make a BIG difference

A perfect example of a non-included procedure that many shops are missing is drilling of the license plate bracket on a bumper.  Insurance will typically pay you .2 hours every time submitted without question.

Well, Craig - that is JUST .2 hours - no big deal.

At $70/hr lets look at simple results.

  • 500 bumpers @ .2  hours would give you 100 hours a year = $7,000
  • 400 bumpers  @.2 hours would give you 80 hours a year = $5,600
  • 350 bumpers @ .2 hours would give you 70 hours a year = $ 4,900

Imagine if I can help you find 'just' an additional 100 hours a month on stuff you are already doing.  That would be an additional 1,200 hours for your technicians and an additional $84,000 for your shop.
